Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are only processed on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping within South Africa starts from R110 per kg.
Regional shipping (including countries such as Botswana, Malawi, and neighbouring countries) is charged at different rates.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, parcel weight, and order size.
The final shipping fee will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.
If you have a preferred courier, we are happy to use your courier of choice, subject to availability and prior arrangements.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service. However, we will gladly assist where possible should any delivery issues arise.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the parcel and the affected item(s).
