Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Exchange Conditions

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If your preferred replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
• Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
